Terrific place to stay in the busy oil hub of el reno, ok

Mold and stale beans in the fridge from the last occupant, AC didn't work well, musty smell, burnt out light bulbs, etc. Trailer couldn't be less than 30 years old, and acted the part.

No refund at all, she didn't even care that I had been drinking water that could have put me in the hospital. The fact she liked to repeat ("You didn't get sick") is more a testament to my immune system than the cleanliness of the water. If you are reading this Tina, go fill up a cup and enjoy.

Its disgusting tina sleeping with married men. We will not be staying there and the trailers are way to close together.

RELAXING ... SAFE ... AND FRIENDLY !

Might be fine if you bring your own trailer, but never rent one of Tina's.

Park is next to a railroad, and a cement plant, and the rent is an astronomical $850/month. Go get an apartment on Country Club road instead. Much cheaper, no freight trains at 10pm, and an actually nice room without an incessantly buzzing fridge.

Worst part was the green water. The water hose feeding the trailer was heavily contaminated, and resulted in murky water(sometimes green) when I got back from work. I didn't notice this for three weeks(black cup, poor lighting from burnt out light bulbs), and when I did I asked for a refund she refused, was difficult to get in contact with, and repeatedly failed to be available to take the keys back. Apparently her kids have baseball games on multiple consecutive evenings, and she just couldn't make time to serve her customers... That should give you a good idea of her priorities.

Privacy with the feeling of home. I enjoyed the turtle popping there heads up, most I believe! Thanks for all the extras and being there so offen for me!

Called checking availability, the lady said she had spots, told her we are snowbirding, then she said call later to see if she has any spots available. We called later and she wouldnt answer, it just kept going to her voicemail. Guess they dont need the business bad enough...

There are not enough businesses around that treat you like family!
