My family and I have been long-time customers of Butts. However, after my latest experience I will NEVER use them again. I called to make an appointment for a wedding consult and was treated as if I was putting them out and the woman was ridiculously rude. She did not accept appointments either and was unwilling to work with me. I will take my business elsewhere.
